Karbala Prophet Adam AS to Prophet Mohammed SA & Ali SA

Prophet Adam AS visited Karbala, learned from Angel Gabriel about Hussain AS's future martyrdom by Shimr, and cursed Shimr; Syedna AQ urges believers to mourn for Hussain.

Prophet Noah AS faced waves in his ark at Karbala, learned from Gabriel about the martyrdom of Hussain and his family, and mourned.

Angel Gabriel came to Prophet SA while Hussain Imam SA was playing in his lap. Gabriel said, "You love your grandson, but he will be martyred." Prophet SA asked, "Where?" Gabriel replied, "In Karbala." Gabriel brought the soil of Karbala and gave it to Prophet SA, who smelled it and gave it to his wife Umme Salma. He said, "When this soil turns red, know that my grandson Hussain SA has been martyred in Karbala." Umme Salma was to mourn then.

Imam Hussain SA was martyred. Prophet SA appeared in Umme Salma's dream with a dusty face. She asked, "What is the matter?" Prophet SA replied, "My Hussain SA was martyred in Karbala. I have come from there. See the soil." Umme Salma saw the soil had turned red. She spread a net mate on the ground, called the ladies, and started mourning for Hussain Imam SA.

Maula Ali SA, returning from the Battle of Jamal, met a Christian monk and asked if there was any water spring. The monk pointed out a place. Maula Ali removed a stone, and water gushed out. Ali SA said, "From where the spring came out, my Hussain SA and his family will be martyred." Ali SA and his companions mourned.

Asbag bin Nabata dug up a bone. Later, he visited the same place after the martyrdom of Imam Hussain SA and found the bone at the place of martyrdom.
